Organizational development is a deliberately planned, organization-wide effort to increase an organization’s effectiveness and/or efficiency and further enables the organization to realize its strategic goals. This service is diverse in nature but is generally concerned with promoting organizational readiness to meet change by honing the vision, mission, values, and structure of the organization. Interventions in this field involve people as well as processes, systems, and structures.
We assist our clients by first understanding their strategic goals, models and organizational culture, and then undertaking a thorough and objective assessment of the current state of operations, after which we are qualified to give recommendations that can be tactically executed and managed.
